Postgraduates studies

https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcRCPoBpUQBGCOLXphH1M1-KmAlOpOiEwzgRSrSbdJC4rA7atsgjIn this post I'll be talking about postgraduate studies. This topic is particularly uncomfortable for me because this is my first year as student of journalism. But, as I said in the last topic, my goal in the mid time is to become a successful chief of any goverment (or NGO) communication program. So, if I want to achieve that I need to study public administration, public communications or politic communications. If I have to do it in Chile I would like to study in Universidad de Chile, because of it's public vocation. But, if I've to choose any other country, I would like to study in Brazil, Spain or England. Fortunately, I don't have to make this choice right now, so I got a very long time to think about it.
I know how expensive are postgraduates studies, so I would prefer some part-time course. With this type of method I could make money while study. The negative thing with that idea is that I must be prepared to stand all the stress and the lack of time. Anyway, as I said earlier, this is a problem that my future "me" will have to solve.
Besides that, it would be great if I have time (or money) to study another thing. I've always been interested in sports and music, unfortunately, I don't think that I may spent a big amount of money for it. How sad :(

Vocational expectations

Resultado de imagen para gobierno de chile ministerio de desarrollo socialI'll start sayng that despite the fact that I study journalism I don’t expect to work on media like newspaper or radio nor tv. I really want to have a job in a NGO, an institution, a goberment office or in a ministry office. In all of those I expect to work as a head of press or at any place that I can be in charge of communication projects. In fact, I’ve always been interested in propaganda and audience studies and if I have the opportunity to work in a place that has social labor or politic influence would be great for me.

I don’t really care if I have to work outdoors or indoors, but I prefer to have a job that allows me to travel sometimes. Preferably out of Chile. Regarding the salary, I want a job that offers me a stable economic situation and allows me to help my family with some money.

For all of that to happen, I must study a major. I’m  thinking in some major degree in comunication and public politics or public administration. It’s important for me all kind of knowledge that helps me in my future job, but there’s a lot of time for that so I must be patient and keep studying hard until then.

In the past 4 years I’ve been working at El Ayllu, an education NGO that works with young people of San Joaquin. At the beginning I worked as Spanish tutor but this year I was elected as a executive. That represented to me a vocational call and reinforced my commitment with social labor.

A meal for a better feel

Resultado de imagen para lasagna alla bologneseIt's so difficult for me to write this post because I like so many dishes.  But if I have to choose one I'll choose lasagna. I'm a fan of any kind of pasta and lasagna with bolognese sauce is the best for me. I love the taste of the melting cheese and the minced meat with pepper and oregano. So tasty! Unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to know any restauant that serve a better lasagna than the one my mom prepares hahaha.

Resultado de imagen para la serrana My favourite restaurant is La Serrana that is located in Serrano street. They serve all kind of pizza and pasta. It's pretty good, they cook delicious food and the place has a nice ambience. The thing with this restaurant is that it's a little expensive for me but it´s perfect to go once a month. (lol)

Besides that, I must say I love cooking, I always looking for new flavors that I could use in new dishes. In fact, I usually ask my mom to teach me new dishes. She is so good at cooking, my grandmom too. I truly admire them!

Nevertheless, I don't ussualy lunch at university because of my schedule and the fact that the food that is served in the university it's not as healthy (and tasty xd) as the one we prepare in home. But, if I have to recommend a place I would say the store that is at the bottom of lecture building. It's handroll is the best!
